Shipping Details

We ship all our orders through registered courier companies. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually takes 7-8 business days.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: First floor, 24, Vijay Rani Sharma, Sootmill, Gururamdas Nagar, Aligarh, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Delivery Policy: 

We usually need 7-8 working days from the date you place the order for its delivery. It would be appreciated if you please note this delivery timeline is for primeenlighten Store Products only. For Bulk Orders ordered, the delivery timelines extends by 12-15 days. We have the support of our logistic partners who deliver all the requested orders on time.

Cancellation or Return Policy: 

In the event that you are not satisfied or on the off chance that you catch any fault with our product, simply notify us along with the Order no. inside 3 days of receiving the order. Additionally, return back the products in the original condition to the delivery by for us to replace your order. However for any Bulk Orders ordered the cancellation and returns are liable to management authorization. For this you will have to get in touch with us via email or phone.
